Derek is the real deal. Highly educated, very humble, proper, and tells it like it is. Highly recommend you set aside the time to listen to this. Pretend it's a podcast, if that helps – its' about the length of the no agenda show. He stands at the podium the whole time, so there's no real purpose in watching it, unless you're just curious from time to time.
